Dear Holiday Club Families,
For over 15 years, Holiday Club at Common Ground Bosch has been one of the highlights
of our church calendar as we seek to see the next generation rooted and established in the gospel.
Each year, hundreds of children and young leaders are impacted through engaging biblical teaching, deep relational connection,
and loads of energetic fun, and we are so grateful for the way God continues to use this ministry in the life of our church and community.
And this year, we have some exciting news...
Holiday Club 2026 is Expanding!
For the first time ever, we will be moving from one large Holiday Club into two more specialised clubs:
Grade R–3, in the morning
Grade 4–6, in the evening
Why This Change?
Gospel Potency
We want to be as intentional and age-appropriate as possible in the way we teach and apply the gospel of Jesus,
helping children not only hear the truth, but truly understand it.
Invitational Opportunity
We believe Holiday Club is one of the ways we can reach children and families in our area with the good news of Jesus,
and we would love to encourage you to feel the freedom to invite friends, neighbours, classmates, and families to join us this year.
Leader Multiplication
Last year, around 100 volunteers served at Holiday Club, which is phenomenal.
By creating two clubs, we hope to create even more opportunities for leaders to grow as they serve the next generation.
Space and Capacity
We are genuinely bursting at the seams!
Last year, we even needed to hire a marquee to create additional capacity, a wonderful problem to have.
To be clear: while there will now be two Holiday Clubs
it is still the same heart, the same theme, and the same mission.
Just more space, more focus, and more children hearing about Jesus.
We are so excited for what lies ahead and can’t wait to share more details with you in the coming weeks.
