Our Students Ministry aims to cultivate within students a zeal for the glory of God. 

Students at tertiary institutions are likely to be at the start of a vibrant and crucial time of their lives – the “decision decade.” From post-high-school to late twenties, this decade is typically the decade in which many of life’s major decisions are made. Which career path should I chose? Do I want a family? How should I view the world? What should I build my life on? 

The vision of Students Ministry is to profoundly impact these students during this stage of their lives, such that they live for the glory of God. This includes building-up and discipling students who know Jesus, creating opportunities for students who don’t know Jesus to hear the truth of the Gospel and encounter Him, all the while participating in a fun and life-giving, gospel-shaped community. 

We do this throughout the year at various Weekends Away and Worship and Prayer Events, termly Student Evenings, and on a weekly basis at our Sunday meetings. We especially look forward to our O-week and P-week events which happen at the beginning and middle of every university year. They are full of awesome opportunities to meet new people, get connected, and grow in a Christ-centred community.
